Website and Field Ready app terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

Designori LLC ("Designori," "we," "us," or "our") provides this website and the Field Ready mobile application (collectively, the "Services") subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Designori.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use the Services solely for evaluating Designori's training offerings, conducting business inquiries, and completing authorized training modules. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any portion of the Services.
• Interfere with the performance or security of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of US export laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Field Ready app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including training modules, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Designori or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated herein.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DESIGNORI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DESIGNORI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY OR COMPLIANCE FAILURES RESULTING FROM TRAINING RELIANCE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Designori LLC from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Anchorage, AK.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
